  • How will historical data conversion be managed?

 

Timeline

  • How long does implementation typically take?

  • Does the timeline include all functionality, or is it phased?

  • What happens if the project takes longer than expected?

 

Future project work

  • How are future enhancements or additional capabilities handled?

  • Is there a phased approach for adding new features?

  • What support is available if the project extends beyond the planned timeline?
